Randall Gibbs
Principal Shareholder
Mr. Gibbs has 30 years experience in the energy industry. Gibbs Oil Company owned and operated 150 service stations and was the wholesale distributor for over 350 service stations in New England and New York. The business was sold to British Petroleum in 1981. Mr. Gibbs later founded Texport Oil, a trading company specializing in gasoline blending, trading and marketing. Texport grew to over $2 Billion in annual revenues and was the largest importer of finished gasoline into the US in the late eighties and early nineties. The company, through a consortium of banks was extended a credit line of $150 Million. Mr. Gibbs then founded BTU Brokers in 1997 and sold this business to Amerex Energy (a broker of natural gas and electricity) in 2000. BTU Brokers, at its peak, employed approximately 60 people. Mr. Gibbs founded MultiFuels, LP in 1997.

Gil Muhl
Vice President
Mr. Muhl has 30 years experience in the energy industry from the wellhead to the burner tip. He joined MultiFuels in 2003 to lead the development of the Freebird Storage Project. Prior to MultiFuels he was Director of Marketing and Business Development for PG & E National Energy Group responsible for energy sales and marketing, PG & E’s asset and project management, and structured products with LDCs, utilities, munis, industrials and IPPs in the eastern United States. Prior to PG & E, Gil held Vice President positions with Enron North America and Aquila Energy and management positions with the Williams Companies. Gil is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. Degree in Mineral Economics.

Richard Robinson
Vice President
Mr. Robinson has 27 years of experience in the energy industry centered on natural gas/commodity marketing, commodity risk management, project finance and business development. Richard (Dick) Robinson’s career has included Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Texaco Gas Marketing Inc., Houston Pipe Line Company, Enron North America and MultiFuels. Dick graduated from American University (Washington D.C.), Kogod School of Business.

Patrick E. Kinney
CPA
Controller, Mr. Kinney has over 30 years of energy accounting experience from the downstream to the upstream sectors of the industry. Since May of 2001, Mr. Kinney has been employed by MultiFuels LP being responsible for all of the financial accounting duties. Prior to that, he was with Aectra Refining and Marketing, Tartan Resources, Rupertlands Resources, Mariah Oil and Gas and Bawden Drilling. Mr. Kinney graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

George Lyons
Vice President
Mr. Lyons has 25 plus years of experience in the energy industry, including refining and marketing, oil, gas and power commodity trading, LNG, emission trading and the development of power generation. George Lyons was Senior V.P./Co-Founder of Tractebel Energy Marketing where he was instrumental in the development of a profitable multi-commodity trading company with $8 billion in revenue and an 85 person staff. Additionally, Mr. Lyons has been involved in the development of zero emission power generation focused on electric generation technologies and the capture of CO2-Carbon Capture and Storage, (CCS) for Enhanced Oil Recover applications. George has been active in the monetization of voluntary carbon emission credits and the regulatory aspects of carbon emissions in the US and EU. and has also provided CO2 consulting services to Electric Utilities, Investment Funds, CO2 capture technology developers and the NYMEX.
