multiFUELS LP is a Houston based, privately held company engaged in the identification and exploitation of energy asset based investment opportunities. multiFUELS has consistently generated exceptional returns on investment by identifying needs in underserved markets or value embedded in underutilized assets. multiFUELS management team represents a unique blend of experience which include commodity marketing and trading, physical asset optimization, acquisitions and divestitures, project finance, physical asset development and operations. Strategic Focus

multiFUELS LP is focused on asset based investment opportunities in Natural Gas, Oil and Electricity. We originate the majority of our projects through a network of industry relationships as opposed to bidding against competitors with a lower cost of capital in auction formats. We believe the most attractive entry point into the midstream sector is through development in areas supported by long-term fundamental demand. In general terms, you can acquire a position through development for 3 to 5 times EBITDA versus 10 to 12 times EBITDA or higher in today's competitive acquisition market.

Our primary objective is to maximize stockholder value whether through divestiture at any stage of the projects life cycle or through operations and commercial optimization. Our management team has established itself as a successful developer in the highly coveted Natural Gas storage market. Our pipeline of future projects include Natural Gas storage, Pipeline, Gathering, Processing, CO2 infrastructure, Biomass and Gas Fired Electric Generation.
